Our products are available to you at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The Client has no additional cost with the use of means of communication - the enterprise web store Gajo SPORT + STYLE.

 

CONTRACT CONCLUSION PROCEDURE

Steps leading to the conclusion of the contract

The following steps are available for the conclusion of the purchase contract:
- Logging in to the online store with a username and password or searching for an individual product in the online store's product range;
- Selecting a product or products in the online store;
- Adding the selected product to the cart;
- Selecting the quantity of the product to purchase in the shopping cart;
- Reviewing the price of the selected product in the selected quantity;
- Buyer information, where already registered users log in with their username and password or select quick purchase, where they enter the necessary data;
- Adding a delivery address, in case the latter differs from the address provided by the buyer in the phase from the previous indent;
- Selecting the payment method (cash on delivery, pro forma invoice or by payment card);
- Reviewing the order with possible delivery costs;
- Confirming and submitting the order and thus completing the purchase.

Technical means for identifying and correcting errors before placing an order

Before completing and placing an order, the user, in this case the buyer, is enabled to:
- See and review which products he has selected and added to the cart;
- See and review the price of an individual product and the total price of the entire selected quantity of an individual product;
- The price and quantity of all selected products;
- Change the quantity of selected products;
- Remove products from the cart;
- Add an invoice for the company;
- Change the payment method.

 

 

Offer validity

Apply to the purchase price at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are valid only for purchases in www.gajo.si e-commerce and may differ from the regular price Gajo SPORT + STYLE Pictures are only illustrative and do not always reflect the real situation.

Delivery time

The delivery time for orders for products in stock is usually 5 working days. For products that are currently out of stock, the provider will inform the buyer by email and inform them of the estimated delivery time.

 

Takeout contract

Concluded contract between the client and the seller is archived at the company Gajo SPORT + STYLE, Lendavska 31, 9000 Murska Sobota. Orders and copies of invoices are archived at the company. The buyer may obtain a copy of the request by phone 02/53 00 683 or by request via e-mail: info@gajo.si.

Warranty

Every product you buy from us is guaranteed, if so indicated on the warranty card or invoice. This is valid for one year from purchase. The warranty covers all defects in workmanship and material defects in the product.
The warranty does damage to the article caused by improper use and normal wear and tear from normal use.

Acomplaint of goods that are inconsistent

The seller must hand over the goods to the buyer in accordance with the contract and are responsible for the compliance of his fulfillment.
The goods are in accordance with the sales contract especially when appropriate:
1. Corresponds to the description, type, quantity and quality and has functionality, compatibility, interoperability and other characteristics as required in the sales contract;
2. It is suitable for a special purpose for which the buyer needs it and with which the buyer informed the seller at the latest at the conclusion of the sales contract, and the seller thus agreed;
3. Is supplied with all the allowances and instructions, including the installation instructions as set out in the Sales Agreement, and
4. Is updated as set out in the sales contract.
In addition to meeting the requirements of the paragraph above, the goods must also:

1. Correspond to the purpose for which mildly of the same species is commonly used, where appropriate, when appropriate, other regulations, technical standards, or in the case of non -existence of such technical standards of the industry codes of conduct used for each sector;

2. Being such quality and corresponding to the description of the sample or model that the seller has made available to the buyer before concluding the sale contract, where appropriate;

3. Be supplied with such accessories, including packaging, installation instructions or other instructions for which the buyer can reasonably expect to receive them when appropriate, and

4. The suitability of the goods for normal use is judged according to the usual goods of the same type and, taking into account any seller's statements about the characteristics of the goods given by the seller or manufacturer, especially by advertising, presenting the product or allegations on the goods themselves.
The buyer may exercise his or her rights from the conformity of the goods if he informs the seller of the seller within two months from the day when the inconsistency was discovered. The buyer must describe the defect in the non -compliance notice and allow the seller to review the matter.
The seller is not responsible for the non -compliance in the goods, which appears after passing two years since the thing was handed over. It is considered that a mistake on things existed at the time of delivery if it occurs within one year of extradition.
In the case of non -compliance with the goods, the buyer who informed the seller of the non -compliance of the goods, under the conditions and in the order from this section, is entitled to:

1. Requests the seller to establish a free compliance with the seller;

2. Request a reduction of the purchase price in proportion to non -compliance or withdraws from the sales contract and request a refund of the amount paid.

The buyer may require the seller to establish a compliance with the seller within a reasonable time when he informs the seller of non -compliance, not more than 30 days without significant inconvenience for the buyer, taking into account in particular the nature of the goods and the purpose for which the buyer needs the goods.

The deadline can be extended to the shortest time required to complete repair or replacement, but for a maximum of 15 days. When determining the extended deadline, the nature and complexity of the goods, the nature and the severity of the inconsistency and the effort it is necessary to complete repair or replacement are taken into account. The seller informs the buyer of the number of days for extending the deadline and the reasons for his extension before the deadline referred to in the previous paragraph.

In order to establish a consistency of goods, the buyer may choose between repair of goods and replacing goods with new impeccable goods unless:

- is the fulfillment of the selected guarantee claim impossible or
- the fulfillment of the selected guarantee claim represents the disproportionate cost of the seller compared to another guarantee claim, taking into account all the circumstances.

The buyer may require a proportion to reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the sales contract in any of the following cases:
- the seller did not repair or replace the goods or, where appropriate, completed the repair or performed the replacement of the goods in accordance with this Act or rejected the buyer's guarantee request for the establishment of the goods in accordance with the sixth paragraph of the preceding Article;
- There is a non -compliance, although the seller has tried to establish compliance;
- The nature of the inconsistency is so serious that it justifies the immediate proportion to reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the sale contract, or
- the seller has declared or from the circumstances obviously that the seller will not establish the compliance of the goods within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience for the buyer.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the buyer may withdraw from the sales contract and request a refund of the amount paid if the non -compliance occurs within less than 30 days from the delivery of the goods.
In any case, the buyer also has the right to request the seller to recover the damage, and in particular the reimbursement of materials, spare parts, work, transfer and transport of products arising from the fulfillment of obligations.
The buyer's rights are extinguished by two years from the day he informed the seller of the inconsistency.
The buyer reports the complaint to: info@gajo.si, and the returned goods must attach a copy of the original account or other proof (eg bank statement), which shows the date and time of purchase. The seller will confirm the receipt of the complaint within 5 days of the buyer's written message and tell him how the complaint process would be addressed. If the existence of a defect in the goods is not controversial, the seller must, but within eight days at the latest, meet the buyer's request. The seller must answer the buyer in writing no later than eight days after his receipt, if the existence of a malfunction is controversial.

In the case of replacement of the goods that are not the result of the complaint and which the seller approves, the buyer shall cover all costs related to this, that is, the costs of returning goods, the costs of re -sending goods and the possible difference in the price.

 

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods.

In the event that you want for any reason to cancel the contract, it may, within fourteen days a written report to address Gajo SPORT + STYLE, Lendavska 31, 9000 Murska Sobota, or by e-mail info@gajo.si without you having to required to provide a reason. Fourteen day period begins on the day following receipt of the goods.

If you have already received the goods and deviate from the contract, you need the goods intact and in the same quantity (unless the buyer was not responsible for damage or reduced quantity of goods) must be returned to the seller within thirty days after the sending to deviate from the contract. The return of goods received within the time limit for withdrawal is considered to be a message of withdrawal. It is considered that the prompt if the consignment is delivered on time. The only cost to the consumer in relation to the cancellation of the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the consumer acquired the goods returned to him the purchase price back as soon as possible, but no later than fifteen days after receipt of the withdrawal or. receipt of returned goods, by postal order.

All prices include VAT, but do not include shipping or postage costs. The prices of ordered products are valid at the time of your order!

In accordance with legal norms Gajo sport + style, Uroš Gajšek s.p. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
