Warranty
Every product you buy from us is guaranteed, if so indicated on the warranty card or invoice. This is valid for one year from purchase. The warranty covers all defects in workmanship and material defects in the product.
The warranty does damage to the article caused by improper use and normal wear and tear from normal use.
Because we want you with our products truly happy, we are at any moment ready to listen to your potential problem with any of our products. You can send us an email or call us and we will arrange.
The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods
The buyer has the right to inform the tenderer within 14 days that he withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. This is reported by e-mail: info@gajo.si. In doing so, the buyer is only charged with the cost of returning the goods.
The resignation deadline begins on the day when the buyer acquires actual estate over the goods.
The buyer must notify the tenderer of the cancellation of the contract on the form (get the form here) or by an unambiguous statement, which clearly implies that he withdraws from the contract. The resignation statement must be submitted within the time limit set for the termination of the contract. The message is deemed to be on time if it is submitted before the expiry of the 14 -day deadline for the refund.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the tenderer will return all payments to the buyer immediately or within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The return of the payment can be retained until the returned goods are received. to receive proof that you sent the goods back.
Pursuant to Article 135 of the ZVPot-1, the cancellation of the contract is not possible in the event that products, nutritional supplements and other special products were ordered. The above does not apply in cases of delivery of the wrong products.
If the buyer has already received the goods and resigns from the order, the goods must send the goods undamaged and in an unbound quantity within 14 days of the submission of the notice of resignation. The buyer is deemed to return the goods in a timely manner if he is sent before the expiry of the 14 -day deadline for return. Although this is not mandatory, we will be pleased to indicate the reason for the refund.
The return of the goods must also be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or other proof (eg bank statement), which shows the date and time of purchase.
